Basset Hound: $100

Provides 40 percent payment for a C4H Hero's adoption fee for a shelter dog.

Golden Retriever: $250

Provides 100 percent payment for a C4H Hero's adoption fee for a shelter dog, and a personal phone call from one of the organization's team members.

Labrador Retriever: $1,000

Covers 40 percent for a C4H Hero's Companion Dog training fee, and a personal phone call from the organization's Chief Operating Officer.

Great Dane: $2,500

Covers 100 percent for a C4H Hero's Companion Dog training fee, and a personal phone call from the organization's founder.

St. Bernard: $5,000

Covers 100 percent for a C4H Hero's Service Dog training fee, a personal phone call from the organization's founder and one invite to one of the organization's events .

Purple Heart: $5,000 - $10,000

Listing on the C4H website under “$5,000 - $10,000” section, a personal phone call from the organization's founder and an opportunity to meet some C4H Heroes.

Bronze Star: $10,001 - $25,000

Listing on the C4H website under “$10,001 - $25,000” section. Mention in C4Hs’ newsletter, a personal phone call from the organization's founder, an opportunity to meet some C4H Heroes and one invite to one of the organization's events.

Silver Star: $25,001 - $50,000

Medal of Honor: $50,000+
